• Duties and Task:  - Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them. - Gather and empty trash. Service, clean, and supply restrooms. - Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. - Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. - Restock supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. - Clean and polish furniture and fixtures. - Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using cleaners, sponges, and squeegees. - Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment. - Drive company vehicles required to perform cleaning work, including vans or cars 

•  Activities: - Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as lifting, balancing, walking, standing, and handling of materials. - Using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating things. - Providing a professional and mannerly attitude and presence to every customer and co-worker on each job site. - The ability to exert force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects. - The ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs. 

• Requirements:  - Driver's License - 1+ years of janitorial experience - High school diploma/GED recommended - Willingness to work early mornings - Capacity to take direction - Strong attention to detail - Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds as necessary
